The EVH 5150 Iconic Series 15W Head delivers the unmistakable EVH sound in a compact, affordable package. Evolving from the iconic 5150III amps, it captures the powerful tube tone and aggressive gain that defined Eddie Van Halen’s legendary sound.

Modern performance and classic design
Designed by James Brown, this amp is powered by a single EL34 power tube and features a hybrid preamp section with two ECC83 tubes. It includes two channels: Green for clean to crunch tones (with Overdrive switch), and Red for high-gain leads (with Burn switch). Independent gain and volume controls allow perfect level balancing.

Feature-packed for live and recording use
Includes a Boost control (+10 dB), shared 3-band EQ, Presence, Resonance, and Reverb controls. Additional features include an effects loop, ¼ power switch, dual speaker outputs, and a speaker-emulated XLR DI with power amp mute for silent recording or PA use.
