Stereo Easy Listening – analogue stereo amp and cabinet simulator
Compact analogue stereo amp and cabinet simulator with zero latency, dual inputs, dual XLR outputs, headphone output, active 3-band EQ and aux input.
Stereo Easy Listening is a compact analogue stereo amp simulator designed to sit at the end of your signal chain when you want to connect directly to a mixer, PA system, audio interface or headphones without using a traditional guitar amplifier. Its fully analogue signal path operates with zero latency and is carefully voiced to deliver a natural amp feel without the harsh top end sometimes associated with digital cabinet simulation.
The model builds on the original Easy Listening with true stereo inputs, separate left and right XLR outputs, a headphone output and an aux input. It is equally suited to home recording, silent practice, pedalboard setups and direct-to-PA use on stage.
True stereo for stereo pedalboards
Stereo Easy Listening features separate left and right 6.3 mm jack inputs, making it ideal for pedalboards with stereo effects such as delay, reverb and modulation. For mono operation, simply connect to the left input. The signal is then split to two identical and independent preamp sections for a wide stereo output.
Analogue amp and cabinet simulation
The analogue signal path is voiced after the character of a classic American guitar amplifier and combined with analogue cabinet simulation. The result is a finished guitar sound that can be sent directly to a PA, mixer or recording system without a separate amplifier and microphone setup.
The voicing is also flexible enough to cover more British-inspired tones with the help of the EQ and the rest of your pedalboard.
Active 3-band EQ
The active EQ section provides separate control over bass, midrange and treble. Bass affects frequencies up to 500 Hz, Middle covers the range from 500 Hz to 2 kHz, and Treble controls frequencies from 2 kHz upwards. All three bands can be cut or boosted, giving you plenty of scope to adapt the sound to different guitars, pedals, speakers or PA systems.
Dual XLR outputs for direct connection
Separate left and right XLR outputs make it easy to send a stereo signal directly to a mixer, PA system or other balanced input. For live use, Stereo Easy Listening can therefore act as the final device on your pedalboard and replace the need for a conventional guitar amplifier on stage.
Headphone output for silent practice
The dedicated stereo headphone output on 6.3 mm TRS allows you to use your complete pedalboard without an amplifier. It is ideal for silent practice at home, backstage or while travelling, while keeping the same signal chain and amp character.
Aux input for backing tracks
The aux input allows you to connect a phone, computer or other audio source and play along with backing tracks or reference material. The aux signal bypasses both the preamp and cabinet simulation circuitry and has its own dedicated volume control.

FAQ
What is Stereo Easy Listening?
Stereo Easy Listening is an analogue stereo amp and cabinet simulator designed to sit at the end of a guitar pedalboard and connect directly to a PA, mixer, recording system or headphones.
Does Stereo Easy Listening have true stereo inputs?
Yes. It has separate left and right 6.3 mm jack inputs, allowing stereo effects such as delay, reverb and modulation to remain in stereo.
Can Stereo Easy Listening be used with a mono signal?
Yes. For mono operation, use the left input only. The signal is then split to two identical and independent preamp sections.
Can Stereo Easy Listening connect directly to a PA system?
Yes. It has separate left and right XLR outputs and is designed for direct connection to a mixer or PA system.
Does Stereo Easy Listening have a headphone output?
Yes. It has a stereo 6.3 mm TRS headphone output for silent practice and monitoring.
What does the aux input do?
The aux input can be used for backing tracks and reference material. The aux signal bypasses both the preamp and cabinet simulation circuitry and has its own volume control.
Does Stereo Easy Listening have latency?
No. The signal path is fully analogue and operates with zero latency.
