Ibanez S670QM-DEB - Dragon Eye Burst

The S670QM-DEB belongs to Ibanez’s S series, introduced in 1987. The guitar features an ergonomic body that is thicker in the middle and tapers toward the edges, creating a shape that follows the player’s body when standing.

Neck and Fingerboard

The neck is a three-piece Wizard III in maple with 24 jumbo frets. The profile is slightly rounder and fuller than the standard Wizard, with a 400 mm radius, offering a balanced feel in the hand. The fingerboard is rosewood with offset-dot inlays.

Body and Tone

The body is made of meranti with a quilted maple top. The tone has a smooth high end and a midrange that provides clear separation and sustain. The guitar is equipped with three Quantum humbuckers: neck and bridge with Alnico, middle with Ceramic. The pickups are controlled via a 5-way switch with master tone and volume, allowing series, parallel, and split-coil options.

The S670QM-DEB features an Edge Zero II tremolo and Cosmo Black hardware.
