The Schecter Banshee Mach-7 FR-S LH Fallout Burst is a left-handed seven-string electric guitar built with a swamp ash body, flamed maple top and a neck-thru roasted maple/purpleheart neck. It features an ebony fingerboard, Grover Rotomatic 18:1 tuners and a Floyd Rose 1500 Series bridge. The electronics combine a Lundgren M7 bridge pickup with a Sustainiac neck pickup.

Construction and Feel

The guitar has an arched top, Ultra Access neck-thru design and a roasted maple/purpleheart multi-ply neck reinforced with carbon rods. The ebony fingerboard features offset/reverse Roman numeral inlays and Luminlay glow-in-the-dark side dots. The Ultra Thin “U” neck profile measures 19 mm at the first fret and 20 mm at the 12th fret. Scale length is 26.5” (673 mm) with a 12”–16” compound radius. The guitar includes 24 X-Jumbo stainless-steel frets and a Floyd Rose 1500 Series nut.

Electronics and Functions

The electronics include a Lundgren M7 bridge pickup and a Sustainiac neck pickup. Controls consist of volume, tone, a 3-way pickup selector, a Sustainiac on/off switch and a 3-way Sustainiac mode switch (Fundamental, Mix, Harmonic). A 9-volt clip-in battery compartment is included.
