The body is made from American basswood, a lightweight wood with a balanced frequency response across the full spectrum—ideal for both clean and distorted tones.

Laminated Top with Unique Wood Combinations

The arched 17 mm top is constructed from a laminated blend of poplar burl, maple, walnut, curly maple, and panga panga, making each instrument visually distinct. The neck is a 5-piece maple/walnut construction with the Ibanez Wizard profile—a slim, flat, fast-playing neck that still provides a solid grip feel.

Playing Comfort and Long-Term Durability

The ebony fretboard features 24 jumbo stainless steel frets, known for their durability and smooth feel. Ibanez’s Premium fret edge treatment adds to the playability, ensuring fluid bends and slides. Luminlay side dot markers enhance visibility in low-light conditions.
