Ampeg Venture VB-212 4 ohm is a lightweight, compact and road-ready bass cabinet with 500 W RMS power handling, two custom-voiced 12-inch Lavoce Neodymium woofers and a dedicated high-frequency driver. Its 4-ohm impedance is designed to allow compatible Venture amplifier heads to deliver maximum output in a single-cab setup.

The cabinet combines low weight with rugged construction and features carbon-fibre-style Tolex covering with a modern grille. A variable high-frequency attenuator allows the top end to be adjusted to taste, while Neutrik speakON connections provide a secure speaker connection.

Two custom Lavoce Neodymium woofers

The cabinet is fitted with two custom-voiced 12-inch Lavoce Neodymium woofers. The neodymium design contributes to the low overall weight while retaining the punch, definition and power expected from the Venture Series.

High-frequency driver with variable attenuator

A dedicated high-frequency driver complements the two 12-inch woofers and extends the response into the upper frequencies. The variable high-frequency attenuator allows the amount of top end to be tailored to the instrument, playing style and preferred sound.

Ultra-lightweight yet rugged construction

VB-212 is designed to combine low weight with the durability required for regular transport and professional gigging. At approximately 18.1 kg, it remains highly manageable for a cabinet with this speaker configuration and power handling.
