Rave Generation PCM60
Tuotenumero 1097950Software Plugin - The Reverb behind thousands of records
KEY FEATURES• 8 Authentic Program Banks
Room and Plate families each with four Size variations (Small, Medium Small, Medium Large, Large). Reproduces the original PCM-60 program structures and processing behaviour rather than a generic plate or room algorithm—each size loads a different ROM bank with its own topology of delays, allpasses, and output taps.
• Native 24 kHz Clocking
Internal processing follows the original PCM-60 operating rate (9.216 MHz crystal ÷ 384), with automatic conversion to and from your DAW session rate for period-correct character.
• Hardware-Matched Filtering
Input anti-alias, DAC reconstruction, and output low-pass stages mirror the darker bandwidth of the original unit, preserving that distinctive early-80s digital smoothness.
• Original Bass/Treble Contour
The classic PCM-60 front panel switches—Bass adds low-frequency emphasis inside the feedback path for a warmer, weightier tail; Treble activates HF damping and an additional output contour filter for a naturally darkening top end.
• RT Extend
Continuously pushes feedback beyond the factory Reverb Time presets, taking the plugin from tight hardware-accurate decays all the way out to long, atmospheric washes.
• Pre-delay with Tempo Sync
Up to 250 ms of pre-delay for separation between the dry source and the reverb bloom, or lock it to host tempo with musical divisions from 1/2 down to 1/64T including dotted and triplet values.
• Tone Tilt EQ
Shapes the signal entering the reverb tank from dark to bright—independent of the Bass and Treble contour switches, which shape feedback and output instead.
• Input-Driven Ducking
Automatically attenuates the reverb tail when the dry input is loud, keeping mixes clean without external sidechain processing. The tail blooms back during quieter passages.
• Insert-Friendly Utility Controls
Separate Input, Mix, and Output Level controls make PMC60 practical on aux sends (100% wet, hardware-style) or directly on tracks.
