Ibanez AEG220-LGS is an acoustic western guitar with cutaway and built-in electronics. The AEG series has a compact, slightly thinner body that makes the guitar comfortable to play on stage. Each string and tone is clear even in larger environments.

Construction and materials

The guitar has a solid okoume top with okoume back and sides. The neck is a Comfort Grip Nyatoh neck with satin finish. Fingerboard is ovangkol and the bridge is scalloped.

Electronics and features

AEG220-LGS is equipped with an Ibanez T-bar II Undersaddle pickup and AEQ-TTS preamp with onboard tuner. It has a ¼" output for connection to amplifiers or PA systems.

Design and details

The compact single-cutaway AEG body allows easier access to higher frets. The guitar has Pau Ferro body binding, Ibanez Advantage bridge pins, chrome die-cast tuners, and abalone and wooden rosette. Finish is Natural Low Gloss.
