Ibanez AEG7MH-WK is a compact acoustic western guitar with built-in electronics, designed for stage performance. The AEG series is built to provide clear tone and comfortable playability even at high volumes.

Construction and materials

The guitar features a sapele top and sapele back and sides, providing a balanced sound. The okoume neck is paired with a purpleheart fingerboard and bridge, offering stability and clear tone.

Electronics and features

AEG7MH-WK is equipped with an Ibanez Under Saddle pickup and AEQ-2T preamp with onboard tuner. It has a ¼" output for connection to amplifiers or mixers.

Design and details

The characteristic AEG body is slightly thinner for increased comfort when playing standing. The guitar also features Ibanez Advantage™ bridge pins, chrome die-cast tuners, and a Weathered Black Open Pore finish that preserves the natural resonance of the tonewoods.
