KORG Wavestate mkII

Vuonna 2020 kiitosta niittänyt Wavestate nosti Wave Sequencing -teknologian uudelle tasolle. Tästä on kiittäminen uudistettua Wave Sequencing 2.0 -konseptia, ja Wavestate kykeneekin lähes rajattomasti muuttuviin äänimaailmoihin monipuolisin ohjausmahdollisuuksin. Nostalgisen uusintapainoksen sijaan Wavestate onkin suunniteltu pohjiaan myöten uusiksi uudelle muusikoiden, tuottajien ja säveltäjien sukupolvelle lainaten konsepteja niin modulaarisynteesin, grooveboksien kuin algoritmisen säveltämisen maailmoista.
Wavestaten myötä esiteltiin toinenkin mullistava konsepti: Wavestate Native Software (*myydään erikseen, Wavestaten omistajille alennus), jonka ansiosta se on käytettävissä suoraan DAW:ssa täysin yhteensopivasti. Tämä mahdollistaa saumattoman siirtymän soft- ja hardware työtapojen välillä.
Nyt KORG esittelee uuden Wavestate mkII:n, jossa on enemmän polyfoniaa (96 stereo voicea) ja uudistettu ulkomuoto. Se on täysin yhteensopiva alkuperäisen Wavestaten soundien ja samplejen kanssa mukaan lukien lukemattomien ulkopuolisten valmistajien äänipankit. Kompakti paketti 37 täysikokoisen koskettimen kera on kuitenkin edelleen helppo roudata lavalle, studioon tai sessioihin.
