AudioRack with Remote Connection

The AR84 is an expansion unit designed for use with Qu, Avantis, and SQ series mixers, as well as the AHM-64 audio matrix processor. It provides a flexible way to place inputs and outputs up to 100 meters away from the mixer using a single Cat5 cable.

Connectivity and Control

Through Allen & Heath’s dSNAKE protocol, both audio transmission and remote control of the built-in mic preamps are handled. The preamps are scene-recallable, allowing quick saving and restoring of settings when needed.

Installation

The AR84 is rack-mountable and equipped with a locking Ethercon port to ensure a secure network connection.
