ADAM Audio Sub10 PRO is a professional active studio subwoofer featuring a 10-inch high-excursion woofer, FEA-optimised bass reflex port, powerful Class D amplification and advanced DSP. It is designed as a solid low-frequency foundation for both stereo and multichannel monitoring systems, combining controlled bass reproduction with extensive bass management, calibration and system-integration options.

Via Ethernet and ADAM Control, Sub10 PRO can be time aligned, calibrated using four bands of parametric EQ and run Sonarworks calibration profiles directly on its integrated DSP platform. AES3, balanced XLR/TRS connectivity and Stereo, LFE and Wide operating modes make it suitable for everything from conventional 2.1 monitoring to immersive workflows such as Dolby Atmos.

Sub10 PRO uses a 10-inch high-excursion woofer together with an FEA-optimised bass reflex port. The design is engineered to deliver powerful and tightly controlled low-frequency reproduction for both stereo and multichannel monitoring applications.

Powerful Class D amplification

The integrated Class D amplifier is designed to drive the 10-inch woofer efficiently and with high control. Combined with the DSP platform and optimised port design, it provides a stable low-frequency foundation for professional monitoring.

DSP-based bass management

Sub10 PRO includes integrated DSP with comprehensive control over how the subwoofer interacts with the main monitors. Phase and crossover settings can be adjusted to achieve a smooth and controlled transition within the monitoring system.

A dedicated footswitch input can activate or bypass bass management, making it easy to compare the monitoring system with and without the subwoofer engaged.

ADAM Control via Ethernet

The Ethernet connection provides access to ADAM Control, the dedicated software for networked ADAM Audio products. From there, Sub10 PRO can be configured, time aligned and calibrated directly from a computer.

Firmware updates are also managed through ADAM Control, allowing future functionality and improvements to be added to the subwoofer.

Four-band parametric EQ and time alignment

Sub10 PRO can be time aligned for accurate integration with the main monitors. Four bands of parametric EQ provide additional control for adapting the subwoofer response to the room, monitor placement and overall system.

Sonarworks profiles directly on the DSP

Sonarworks calibration profiles can be uploaded and run directly on the integrated DSP platform inside Sub10 PRO. This allows calibration to operate within the subwoofer itself rather than relying on a separate DAW plug-in.

AES3 and balanced analogue connectivity

For digital studio systems, Sub10 PRO provides AES3 input and output. Balanced analogue input and output via XLR and TRS are also available for flexible integration into a wide range of monitoring setups.

Stereo, LFE and Wide modes

Sub10 PRO provides three operating modes for different monitoring applications. Stereo mode is designed for conventional 2.1 systems, while LFE mode is optimised for immersive workflows such as Dolby Atmos.

Wide mode allows full-range playback from the subwoofer, providing additional flexibility when equalisation and bass management are handled elsewhere in the signal chain.

Robust wooden cabinet and metal grille

Sub10 PRO is housed in a robust wooden enclosure, with a sturdy metal grille protecting the 10-inch woofer. It includes a two-year warranty that can be extended to five years after product registration.
