SPL 2Control is a fully analog stereo monitor controller offering precise control of both nearfield and full-range monitors. With two speaker sets, dual independently adjustable headphone outputs, and SPL’s legendary crossfeed technology, you can create mixes that translate perfectly between headphones and speakers.

Flexible studio monitoring

2Control provides two stereo inputs and two stereo speaker outputs, plus a dedicated mono output for a subwoofer or mono speaker. Both inputs can be combined for simultaneous source monitoring. The volume is handled by a premium ALPS RK27 “Big Blue” potentiometer with active control and a solid aluminium knob for accurate adjustments.

Professional headphone monitoring with Crossfeed

Each of the two headphone outputs has its own amplifier and volume control. SPL’s Crossfeed circuit recreates the natural spatial impression of loudspeakers in headphones, resulting in more realistic mixes that translate accurately to speakers.

The crossfeed circuit is derived from SPL’s famous Phonitor Matrix and features preset values for speaker angle (30°) and center level (-1 dB) for the most natural stereo image.
