Scale and Playability

The RGDMS8 features a multi-scale design with different scale lengths for each string. Lower strings have a longer scale for stability in low tunings, while higher strings have a shorter scale for easier playability. This ensures consistent tension and intonation across the entire range.

Ergonomic Fret Layout

The angled frets follow the natural movement of the hand, providing a comfortable playing position and quick adaptation.

Independent Bridge and Electronics

The Mono-rail bridge isolates each string for clearer tone and improved sustain. The guitar is equipped with two Fishman Fluence Modern Humbuckers—an Alnico in the neck position and a Ceramic in the bridge position. Sound shaping options include a voicing switch (push/pull) and a coil-tap.

Materials and Hardware

The 5-piece Wizard III-8 maple/walnut neck is paired with a Macassar ebony fretboard. The body is made of nyatoh. Gotoh MG-T locking tuners provide stable tuning and faster string changes. Hardware comes in a gold finish.
