Premium plywood cabinets, coated with a durable polyurea coating, provide a durability lacking in other speakers in this class. Each model in the series has been optimised to meet the requirements of different sound reinforcement applications, with a 10" model for fixed installations and general use, a 12" model designed for floor monitor use and a 15" model for FOH applications.

All models feature specially designed transducers driven by DSP-equipped Class-D amplifiers, delivering outstanding sound quality and clarity. Combined with practical features tailored to their specific applications, the series gives you the flexibility to choose the perfect loudspeaker for a variety of sound environments.

High-performance 1000W Class-D Amplifier

The DHR series' lightweight and high-performance Class-D amplifiers can produce up to 1000W* of power and achieve a sound pressure level of 131 dB, with impressive clarity and dynamic characteristics.

*The DHR10 has an output power of 700W.

Specially designed Transducers

The high-efficiency woofers deliver well-defined, powerful bass with minimal distortion, while the 1.4" precision compression driver* provides accurate reproduction of midrange and high frequencies.

*The DHR12M features a 1.75" coaxial compression driver.

12" Coaxial Driver

This model is the first Yamaha speaker to feature a coaxial compression driver, providing improved clarity and a smoother frequency response for floor monitor applications.

The DHR series offers a versatile line of active speakers with cabinet designs optimized for specific applications.

• The 10" model features rotatable horns and a dedicated U-mount for fixed installations and general use.
• The 12" model features a coaxial compression driver for improved clarity and a smoother frequency response, specifically tailored for floor monitor applications.
• The 15" model is equipped with dual rigging points for use in fixed installations or as temporary main speakers in sound reinforcement.

Easy-to-Use 2-Channel Mixer

The DHR series speakers have two input channels:

• CH1 has a combo jack that accepts both XLR and TRS connections at microphone or line level.
• CH2 offers two input options: a combo jack for XLR or TRS and a pair of RCA inputs for connecting CD players or other stereo sources at line level.

The built-in mixer allows you to choose between CH1+2 MIX, which mixes the signals from both channels, or CH1 THRU, which only passes the signal from CH1.

The speakers are equipped with angled pole mounts and additional rigging points for fixed installation or flexible use in sound reinforcement systems.
