The Gibson Doves In Flight is a masterfully crafted version of the legendary Dove, showcasing some of the most intricate decorative work in the guitar world. It features 28 individually engraved dove inlays—seven on the headstock, 16 on the fingerboard, three on the pickguard, and two on the bridge—each with its own unique design. Every tuner knob is also hand-engraved for exquisite detail.

Build and materials

Hand-built with a Sitka spruce top and flame maple back and sides, this model delivers a bright, balanced tone with exceptional clarity. The three-piece maple neck features a comfortable round profile, complemented by an ebony fingerboard and bridge for precision and durability.
